Our Story
Dr. Bill Leffler, a seasoned optometrist and a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry, brings over 30 years of experience to his practice in Ocala, Florida. Alongside his wife, Dr. Deborah Haas-Leffler, he co-owns 2 Base Down Whitetails & Preserve, embodying his passion for wildlife and the outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, Dr. Leffler has explored diverse terrains worldwide, with a particular fondness for hunting the Osceola turkey. His commitment to excellence is evident in his passion and drive to produce top-tier Whitetail deer, consistently achieved on his 107-acre breeding farm. Dr. Leffler's life is a testament to professional dedication and a deep love for nature.
